Le Tada Residence

From Mai and Bee (and rest of staff) to the great traffic/parking lot guys who ran out to street to stop the 1-way street traffic in front of hotel...they were all smiling and with great attitude. Rooms are basic but has everything you need. No complaints for the price we paid. At night, however, be aware of traffic coming down street, so walk on the park side, where a actual sidewalk is there. No worries, cars won't run into you, but for safety just walk on park-side sidewalk. There was pool and gym, but we didn't use, since we explord the city. Walkable distance (maybe 5-10 min) from Victory Mont MRT station, you can see local shops from mom+pop storefront restaurants and out-on-sidewalk vendors. Love the super reasonable food. This is a very local feel small small in a non-touristy neighborhood, which was a main goal for my Thailand/BKK travel. I don't want the Sukhumvit area...with malls and crowds. Bee helped setup for airport transport, since we left so early when airport MRT was not opened yet. THANK YOU Bee!

This place is not so great, very deceiving, they make you think you’re gonna stay a nice building, but they don’t tell you that they also owns 2 other buildings that aren’t so great looking. Which will most likely be where they’ll place you. They will try to make money off you over their towels having a stain that is easily washed off with regular detergent. Ridiculous. Be aware !

**Update#1**: Oct 15, 2023. The breakfast main course (pics 10-18) items were changed out daily. All other offerings remained. After a while it's "Groundhog Day". Complementary (yes free) made to order omelette station makes traditional eggs as well. Ordered sunny side up and scrambled at the same time in one day. Be flexible because some orders get ”Lost in Translation". Apparently there's this listing and Le Tada Parkview Hotel results from Google. Same place with different names. Left my better edits here. ++++++++++ original +++++++++++ Location 4.5⭐: Stayed Oct 10-14, 2023 with Santiphap Park in view across the street. Food vendors and patrons also across the street and parallel the park. Some noise can be heard but not disconcerting if on higher floors. Hotel description needs rewording from 350m to BTS Victory Monument to 700M. With a suitcase and backpack it's a little bit of a haul so get ready to sweat or take Grab. Rooms 4.25⭐: Huge glass wall for the shower with a curtain covering it. Wizard of Oz or Monty Hall Let's Make a Deal vibe. Big A++! Ran a UV light (germaphobe) through two rooms entire bedding sheets and pillows, towels, handles, phone, remote and finding ZERO problems. Amazed or shocked! This hotel definitely earned their SHA+ certification and was a main initial reason we chose. Shower has two heads (waterfall and body - pic below). The best volume and hot water I've had in any hotel (100s globally). You will soon forget that weird glass & curtain. Wi-Fi download speeds pretty good @ 45-55 MBps with occasional dropouts. Food 4.25⭐: Breakfast had a great variety but the food was somewhat bland, orange juice was actually Tang (water best), omelette not completely cooked. Pancakes the size of coasters. However, surprisingly the second day and after the food flavor stepped up. Overall it's okay, but to rise a couple of levels it needs more spices and love mixed into all the food. Staff 4.75⭐ or 97/100. Housekeeping and front desk have been a blessing. Ask not to have our room cleaned the first night but just more towels, water and toilet paper. Responded <2 minutes. A second time great efficiency. Tipped housekeeper. Allowed us to keep our 6 pieces of luggage after checkout to explore before the airport. Very helpful service and kudos! Definitely needs upkeep and/or renovation. Seems a little dated. Elevators work quickly. Someone else mentioned the pool was just okay and I would have to agree. Saw two swimmers in 4 days utilize pool even with the heat. A 3-minute walk to Nikko 2 Thai massage. 1 hour (no misprint) whole body and foot massage for 400฿. Blows away the US in service and price! Ask for Laap. Check out: <5 min even with inspection. Recommended? If there isn't anything better or reasonably priced then...yes. Would we stay here again, absolutely! TIP: Wash Fun 10 minute walk from hotel DIY laundry cost 70฿ for 6 kilo and took one hour wash and dry. Hotel priced by the piece. Final Grade: 4.5/5 for a 3-🌟 hotel.

This should be a great location if your taking MRT, which is about 5-6 min walking distance, from Victory monument station. And, it is close to the Saxaphone bar. However, if your mission is to have crazy shopping in Pratunam, this is not a good choice for you. It is about 1.5km away. If you are expecting a great out look of the hotel, this is not for you. This is a 2-3 star hotel with great budget. If you like jogging, there is a big park just right in front of you. Just look at the map to see how big it is. Walking distance to have foot or body massage. But think foot massage generally is not Thai specialty, they are great in body massage.

This place has a vending machine for your drinks or snacks. They will clean up your place and refill your mineral water. There is a personnel from the hotel that will help you flag the taxi or cross the street. I would recommend using grab instead of flagging the taxi. Grab’s price is more affordable. This place is next to a park and there is plenty of food options as you walk down the street. There is also a mall as well that is right by the train station. Overall, a very convenient area.
